A very bad experience with this company. I bought a rather expensive phone cover and screen protector. I wish I hadn't bothered. The assistant was pushing more expensive products on me, and did not bother to tell me that the guarantee was for only 15 days. A few weeks later the expensive screen protector was peeling away. I tried to get compensation from the store but the small print defeated me. Be warned

My niece wanted a new case for her older model phone. They had a few in stock and the young man who helped us was really nice and the selection was quite good. She also purchased a popsocket. That evening she had second thoughts about the popsocket, so we returned it the next day. They have a 15 day return policy, so that was no problem. The clerk at the store (a store a few blocks away from Colon) clearly had been trained to talk us out of the return. Did I want to exchange it for a battery for just a few E more? Did I want to wait for her to chose a different popsocket instead of making the return? I could only get cash instead of it going back on my card, was that OK? When these questions didn't deter me from my return, I noticed she didn't hand back my original receipt, even though there was another item on it. I guess she didn't want to risk us changing our mind on the case, too! (She did give it back when I requested it.) This is pretty different from my usual experience with staff here in Valencia.

The shop looks nice and you have a lot to choose from, the staff is also really nice but the biggest problem is the quality of the products is really bad

The young women are very helpful.
